I'd like to thank you for your help today. The cable on our garage door had snapped yesterday, and we were unable to get in or out of the garage. You were able to send a serviceman out at 2 PM today, less than 24 hours later, and only five hours after we spoke this morning.

I wasn't home, but my wife was impressed. He called ahead of time, and arrived on time. My wife said he was very polite, explained everything very well without being condescending. (that's been an issue in the past).

We had two new CHI doors installed last week. The doors showed up quickly and exactly as ordered. More importantly, the installation went exactly as planned. They showed up on time and did a great job of quickly installing the doors perfectly. The doors move smoothly and there is zero light in the garage from any angle with the doors shut so the seal is good. The job cost exactly what the estimate said it would.
